Your doorways, your path, your back gate, your car boot. We bring the machines to you and you try them where you’ll actually use them — which is the only test that counts.
We know what people picture when they hear “home visit”, and it puts them off ringing. So here is exactly what a visit is, and what it isn’t.
These are typical waits, not promises — if you’re stuck or it’s urgent, say so and we’ll do what we can.
“They came out twice before Mum decided, and never once made her feel rushed. The second visit was as free as the first.”
“Measured the back gate and told me the one I wanted wouldn’t fit through it. Saved me two thousand pounds and a lot of grief.”
“Came out, looked at the stairs, and said a rail would do for now. Didn’t charge me a penny for the honesty.”
We’d rather come out and tell you that you don’t need anything yet than sell you something you’ll regret. Plenty of visits end that way.
