You are trusting us with information about your health, which is about as personal as it gets. This page says exactly what we collect, why, how long we keep it, and how to make us delete it.

Not to anyone, for any amount, ever. No marketing lists, no data brokers, no “trusted partners”.
No tracking, no advertising pixels, no analytics that follow you. That is why there is no banner asking permission.
Ring 01379 651 600 and ask. No form, no written request, no waiting a month.
NBR Mobility Ltd, 142–144 Victoria Road, Diss, Norfolk IP22 4JN. We are the data controller for the information described here. Ring 01379 651 600 or email info@nbr.email with any question about it — you will speak to one of the three of us, not a department.
Your name, phone number, address or postcode, and email if you give it. Where you tell us about a condition, mobility difficulty or an award such as PIP or DLA, we record that too — because we cannot advise properly without it, and because VAT relief and Motability both depend on it.
The law treats health details as a special category needing extra protection, and we treat them the same way. We record only what is needed to advise you, arrange VAT relief or complete a Motability application. It is never used for marketing and never shared beyond what an order requires.
For quotes, orders, servicing and warranties, we hold your details to perform a contract with you or take steps before entering one. For health information we rely on your explicit consent, given when you tell us. For VAT declarations and accounting records we hold it because the law requires us to.
Only where an order needs it: Motability Operations for Scheme applications, a manufacturer arranging a warranty or delivery, and our accountant for invoices. Each sees the minimum required. We never sell, rent or trade your details, and we do not pass them to marketing companies.
Enquiries that go nowhere are deleted within twelve months. Purchase, service and warranty records are kept for six years after the last transaction, as HMRC requires. VAT relief declarations are kept for six years for the same reason. Want-list entries are deleted after twelve months unless you ask us to keep watching.
This site sets no cookies and runs no advertising or tracking scripts, which is why you were not asked to accept anything. Our hosting provider records standard server information such as page addresses and approximate location for security and performance, and this cannot identify you personally.
When you send a callback request, home visit request, want-list entry or message, it is emailed to the showroom and stored in our own records. It is not used to build a marketing list. If you would rather not use a form, ring us — it is usually quicker anyway.
Records are held on password-protected systems with access limited to the people who need it, which in our case is three of us. Paper records — signed VAT declarations, service sheets — are kept locked in the showroom office.
We do not run email marketing campaigns. If we ring you, it is because you asked us to, or because something you were waiting for has arrived. Ask us to stop and we will, immediately and without asking why.
We sometimes supply equipment for children, arranged through a parent, guardian or occupational therapist. Where we hold details about a child, they are handled with the same protections as any health information here, and we deal only with the responsible adult.
If we change how we handle your information we will update this page and change the date at the top. If a change is significant and affects existing customers, we will tell you directly rather than expecting you to notice.
The law gives you these rights and sets a month to respond. In practice, ring us and it will be sorted the same week — usually the same day.
